- Directions The Screven County School System Is Soliciting Proposals To Provide All Necessary Equipment, Materials, Labor, Insurance, And Supervision To Upgrade The Screven County School System¿s Radio System. Qualified Proposers Interested In Providing A Proposal Shall Be Knowledgeable And Adequately Qualified To Perform The Work Described. Qualified Proposers Shall Have A Minimum Of Five (5) Years Of Experience In The Related Field Of Work And Have Experience With At Least Five (5) Projects That Were Of Similar Or Larger Scope And Size As Included In This Bid Package. All Interested Proposers Must Provide The Pertinent Required Data. Please Read And Carefully Consider All Materials Enclosed In This Rfp. It Is The Responsibility Of Each Person Or Company Submitting A Proposal To Understand The Scope Of The Work Involved And To Fully Comprehend The Work Required.
