Description
Defense Health Agency (DHA) has a requirement for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) supply contract in accordance with FAR Part 12, Commercial Items and FAR Part13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for General Nuclear Medicine Radiopharmaceuticals (GNMR) at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP).
This pre-solicitation notice is to inform industry that DHA intends to release the solicitation in February 2025. All responsible sources may submit an offer. Award of this requirement is expected in FY25 with a start date of April 1, 2025.
The requirement will be fulfilled via full and open competition. There are no set-aside restrictions for this requirement. The intended procurement will be classified under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 325412.
This solicitation is by electronic means only - no hard copies will be mailed to offerors. The official release of the Request for Proposal (RFP) and all amendments will be posted to the System for Award Management (SAM) website at www.sam.gov.
