The purpose of this pre-solicitation notice is to inform the industry of the upcoming requirement for RADON mitigation system (200 UN) to include military family housing on Kadena Air Base and US Marine Corps Bases on Okinawa, Japan. The prospective contract action will be firm-fixed price (FFP). The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, testing, plan, design, and management to upgrade or install reliable and functional radon mitigation system. Work will be comprised of Military Family Housing (MFH) located in Kadena Air Base and US Marine Corps Camps on Okinawa, Japan.
