The Contractor will be responsible for the Operations and Maintenance of Fuel Storage Facilities, Hydrant Facilities, Fuels Laboratory, Fuel Servicing Center (FSC), refueling vehicles, aircraft, ground support equipment and facilities. Services will also include all associated safe, accurate, and timely receipt, storage, transfer, issue, sampling and testing, accountability issues, transfers, receipts and storage of all fuels and cryogenic products for the 510 CSW. Additionally, services will include Marshalling of the Aircraft. The Contractor shall perform Marshalling Services IAW applicable TOs (Technical Orders), Job Guides (JG), DAFIs and local instructions.
The contractor must maintain accurate reports and records, be accountable for all tools, supplies, and working stock, and comply with Technical Orders TOs. The contractor must correctly perform fuel receipts, storage, issue, and transfer operations, sample and test all fuel and cryogenic products, and must meet DLA timeliness and accuracy requirements for record keeping. - Documents:
