This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

QTY 1 - NEW 2025 HONDA BF200DXRA Outboard Engine. Vendor to prep engines to ensure proper, functional use upon delivery.
QTY 1 - Eleven-to-twelve-foot inflatable raft, capable of holding up to a 15hp engine. Inside length must be at least eight to nine feet, with a tube diameter of 18”-20” and weighing no more than 115 pounds. Must have the following features: 4 layer overlap seam finishing, removeable high-pressure drop stitch air floors, fold down locking oar system with 2 piece breakdown aluminum oars and oar holders, full-length rubbing strake, bow carry handle and towing D-rings, interior bow lifting D ring, removable aluminum rowing seat, bailer valve, high volume/high pressure foot pump with pressure gauge, protective pad for gas tank, soft (non-fiberglass) V-shaped transom, air keel, carry bag, maintenance kit, and rear molded lift and carry handles.
QTY 3 - Eight (8) horsepower, 15-inch shaft NEW HONDA BF8DK3SHA portable outboard motors with painted tiller handles. Must include three (3) 12L plastic Marine Fuel Tanks to fit the engines, complete with all fittings and required attachments.
