Description
Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Single Award Contract for services to perform Railway Safety Training in accordance with the code of federal regulations that has been approved by the federal railway administration. The required items are for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR part 13.5. The requirement will be solicited as a 100% total Small Business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code applicable to this procurement is 541690. The small business size standard is 19.0 (millions of dollars). The product Service Code is U010.
The tentative period of performance for this acquisition is anticipated to be a period of seven (7) days which will begin on a date that is determined on contractor-s schedule with specific training dates to be negotiated upon award (to begin no later than 2 Sept 2025).
The solicitation is expected to be available on or around June 16, 2025.
