- The work under this Project consists of the replacement and/or rehabilitation of the existing sanitary sewer system within the Raleigh Heights area bound by Rosemont Avenue to the north, Bainbridge Boulevard to the east, Interstate 464 to the west, and Burrow Avenue to the south. Replacement of the existing gravity sanitary sewer system includes gravity mains, manholes, and associated sewer laterals. Rehabilitation of the existing gravity sanitary sewer system includes lining of gravity mains and manhole rehabilitation. Additional site work includes full-width asphalt paving, installation of concrete sidewalks and curb and gutter, asphalt pavement patching, and asphalt pavement milling and overlay, in areas where the sanitary sewer system is being installed. This project corresponds to City of Chesapeake CIP # 33-170 - Sewer Renewal: Raleigh Heights.
