This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13.5- Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-05. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to award one (1) firm-fixed price award as a result of this solicitation.
The Government is soliciting a Request of Quote (RFQ). The Government is soliciting for an RFQ. In accordance with FAR 13. 0004, a quotation is not an offer and, consequently, cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Therefore, issuance by the Government of an order in response to a supplier-s quotation does not establish a contract. The order is an offer by the Government to the supplier to buy certain supplies or services upon specified terms and conditions. A contract is established when the supplier accepts the offer.
The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submission of offer, prior to award, and at time of award pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines. Registration information can be found at www.sam.gov. All offerors with an invalid or inactive registration will be removed from the solicitation as ineligible to participate for award.
