The contractor will furnish all labor, materials, superintendence, and any other incidentals necessary to complete the repairs of the roof on Warehouse B at the Rapid River Ranger District.
Work will primarily consist of removal and replacement of the existing roof coverings including roof shingles, underlayment, flashing, drip edge, and 3 vent pipe boots. The Contractor shall provide 2 rows of Ice & Water Shield on all valleys and eaves, new shingle vent at the ridges, new metal drip edge at eves, new vent pipe boot flashing, and new shingles in accordance with statement of work and specifications. - Documents:
