UPDATE: 09/16/2025: This update is to clarify that the reference to "Pavements" in block 10 of the solicitation is included by error only. This project is for auditorium renovations only, no pavement work is included. Also, please note that paragraph 5.1 (page 5 of the solicitation) specifies that "Emailed bids will not be accepted".
