- Description:
- Site and Building Construction for a new elevated 4,900 square foot, 2-story structure. Site work includes, but is not limited to concrete sidewalks, storm water system, utility tie-ins, and earthwork. The building will consist of wood and steel framing supported by interior load bearing columns and masonry piers. The ground surface below the structure will be covered by a concrete slab. Roofing consists of standing seam metal over wood trusses. Exterior walls include stone veneer, metal panel siding with aluminum storefront systems and hollow metal doors. Interior partitions consist of wood studs with hollow metal frames and wood doors. Interior finishes include gypsum board, metal and wood cladding, resinous flooring, lay-in acoustical ceilings and gypsum ceilings. The Work includes all associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
