This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued separately. This solicitation document and its incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03 dated January 17, 2025.
The solicitation number is FY254221012, and this solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This is a 100% Small business Set Aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237110 Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction, with a Product Service Code J047 with a corresponding small business standard of $45.0 million. Only offers from small businesses will be considered for this solicitation.
All vendors must have an active registration in sam.gov at the time of submission in order to be considered. any vendor that does not have an active sam.gov registration will be rejected as non-responsive.
