- The Raymond Underground Utility District Project is a joint effort by the City of Pasadenas Water and Power Department and private communication companies present in the district area to underground their existing overhead utility facilities. The requested bid is to include the joint trench activities, and the installation of the substructures as per the provided plans. The project area is bounded to N. Raymond Ave, from the north City Border north of Montana St., south to Maple St. Scope includes work in the right of away as previously described, and to provide conduit systems for service to each parcel to be converted within the district.
