Description:
The Purpose of this Notification is to announce the Government-s Intent to Award Contract for the purchase of Raysearch Americas accuracy dose calculation system . This procurement will be processed IAW FAR 13.5.
Contracting Activity: Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 17, located at 5441 Babcock Road, San Antonio, TX 78240.
Raysearch Americas Inc, a Delaware Corporation, is the only provider of support services for the RayStation™ Treatment Planning System.
Raystation planning system to include the following license subscriptions: rayConformal, rayArc, rayElectron, rayNavigator, rayTracker, rayAdaptive,
Machine Learning: rayDeepSegmentation
No third parties have access to the proprietary information or software components to provide support and/or training.
Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements per 41 USC §3304(a)(1) as implemented by RFO 6.103-1
