- Description:
- The City of Boston is seeking engineering and consulting services (i.e. ¿Owner¿s Agent¿ services) to support its Energy Savings Performance Contracting (¿ESPC¿) program for municipally-owned buildings. The Agent will verify the findings of the annual measurement and verification (¿M&V¿) process for 60+ buildings where ECMs were installed in completed phases. The Agent will evaluate the efficacy of energy and water conservation measures (¿ECMs¿) in active design in Phase 3 as well as ensure proper commissioning, closeout, and training processes. The Agent will evaluate the financial suitability of Power Purchase Agreements and technical design of future solar arrays installed on City property. Pending appropriation, the Agent will also assist the City in selecting buildings and ECMs for a future Phase 4 of Renew Boston Trust.
