This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. The Request for Quotation number is 70Z08425Q00027 and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-05. This acquisition is being solicited as small business set-aside. The NAICS is 336212. The contract type will be a firm fixed price purchase order.
The Government proposes to solicit quotes for the following item(s): One (1) custom trailer to support PSU 311-s Shoreside Security Division operations. The trailer will serve as a mobile operational platform, providing secure workspace, power generation, environmental control, and storage capacity (see attached Statement of Work (SOW) for complete specifications).
AWARD: This purchase will be based on the following criteria: Lowest price for item that meets or exceeds specifications. Offers are due on September 24, 2025, by 1:00pm (PST). Offers must provide along with their proposal as a minimum: (1) solicitation number (2) specifications, pictures and/or drawings for item being offered so that a determination can be made if item being offered meets the requirement (3) Point of contact name, telephone number and address, 4) Company UEI Number.
Questions/Concerns: Offerors must exercise due diligence to identify and report any ambiguities, inconsistencies, or concerns regarding the information outlined in this solicitation.
