RDO Lone Pine Campground Restoration for the BLM-Roseburg District Office, OregonTHIS IS A PRESOLICITATION SYNOPSIS. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or about July 25, 2025. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The Government reserves the right to cancel this pre-solicitation notice and not proceed with solicitation. This procurement will be a SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to issue a Request for Proposal for a firm fixed price construction contract for Lone Pine Campground Facility Repairs for the BLM-Roseburg District Office, Oregon.The work to be performed will include all labor, supervision, transportation, equipment, tools, supplies, materials, and incidentals necessary for Demolition and Site Preparation; Re-install metal roof and replace damage components of roof structure on Lone Pine Pavilion; Prep Pavilion for paint and stain; Reinstallation of existing damage water supply and sanitary drain system; Vault toilet repairs; Asphalt paving and striping for roadway and parking spots; and Repair and Install Fencing.The project is located in Douglas County, Oregon. The work is located at 5-mile marker along Rock Creek Access Road. 7 ½ miles outside of Idleyld, OR. IAW FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this construction project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The performance period is 60 days after issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP). The NAICS code is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the small business size standard is $45 million.
