Description:
The intent of the City is to procure the services of one (1) qualified Contractor related to construction services for turn lane improvements at Gatlin Boulevard and Savona Boulevard. This work will be consistent with the adopted goals, objectives, and programs of the City of Port St. Lucie City Council. All work shall be in accordance with the project plans prepared by American Consulting Engineers of Florida, LLC, Bowman Consulting Group Ltd, Inc. and Andersen Andre Consulting Engineers, Inc. Roadway Construction Plans - American Consulting Engineers of Florida, LLC, pages 1 - 7Signalization Plans - American Consulting Engineers of Florida, LLC, pages 1 - 6Lighting Plans - American Consulting Engineers of Florida, LLC, pages 1 - 9Topographic Survey - Bowman Consulting Group Ltd, Inc., pages 1 - 6Soil Boring Profiles - Andersen Andre Consulting Engineers, Inc., page 1Geotechnical Report - Andersen Andre Consulting Engineers, Inc., pages 1 - 52The contract period is estimated at one hundred twenty (120) calendar days with no option to renew.The project includes, but not limited to, earthwork, clearing and grubbing, drainage modifications, swale relocation, sidewalk construction, utility relocations, landscaping and irrigation, record drawings, and all work and materials to provide a complete project as shown and described in the contract documents, bid specifications and project plan sets. The Contractor is to provide all materials, supplies, labor, and equipment necessary for a complete project based on all specifications and any contract amendments that may be deemed necessary.
