UPDATE - SOLICITATION AMENDMENT
Submission received did not produce an award; therefeore the Solicitation will not create an award, which is the reason for the Amendment.
A Response shall be submitted via hard copy through mail AND digital vie email as indicated in the Amended Solicitation!
Please pay close attention to the instructions and what is required.
This solicitation will be developed into an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contract vehicle for an ordering period lasting from 1 September 2025 through 31 August 2030. This solicitation will not be developed into a requirements contract vehicle.
Reading Efficiency and Comprehension Improvement Course (REACIC) is a non-personal services contract to provide an 8-hour Speed Reading class to improve US Army Command and General Staff Officers Course (CGSOC) students reading speed and comprehension. As a result of the training the students reading comprehension will, at a minimum, increase an individual's reading speed by 50%. See Solicitation PWS/PRS for more details.
