***THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Non-electronic and e-mail responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The response must be submitted in the Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details.PURPOSE AND BACKGROUND. The purpose for this Solicitation (RFP) is to receive responses and award a to contract(s) with a Contractor(s) to provide the Minnesota Commission of the Deaf, DeafBlind, & Hard of Hearing Board and Staff Retreat/ Commission 40th Anniversary Banquet. DATES: The dates for the conference will be the following selected dates: November 14th - 16th, 2025. The estimated number of attendees is approximately 25-35 per day. Day 2 of the conference will host a banquet dinner with approximately up to 300 attendees. The State does not guarantee a minimum number of attendees, lodging rooms or meals. Prices listed on the pricing pages are firm and will not be adjusted if the number of attendees falls below the estimate.GEOGRAPHICAL LIMITATIONS: The conference facility must be located within 40 miles from St. Cloud State University, 720 4th Avenue S., St. Cloud, MN 56301. Google Maps will be used to determine distance.CONTRACT TERM. The Contract Term will be from the date of contract execution through February 28, 2026.SUBMITTING QUESTIONS.
