- Description : This project consists of concrete demolition, civil site work, prepping, grading, and paving of approximately 350,000 sqft of earth withing the Kalaeloa parking lot. For these areas of 230,000 sqft and 120,000 sqft, a layer of 6” State HMA #3 and a subgrade of 3” base course is to be installed. The estimated cost of the project is $1,320,000.
