Description:
The works related to the reconstruction of the community resilience, Ramón Luis Rivera Rivera include, but they limit themselves to architectural, civil, structural, mechanical works (Vac, fire protection), plumbing and electricity. All the matches included in the project will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of auction specifications and their complementary tender documents. These works do not contemplate the impact of registered materials. All people, natural or legal, which meet the minimum requirements to establish a contract with the Government of Puerto Rico, are invited to participate in the formal auction of reference. These requirements are established in Chapter V of Law No. 73-2019, according to amended, known as “General Services Administration Law for the Centralization of Purchases of the Government of Puerto Rico of 2019”, as well as in Regulation No. 9230 of November 18, 2020, according to amended, known as “Uniform Regulation of Purchases and Auctions of Goods, Works and Services Non-Profession Rich".
