- The City of Pittsburgh Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, is soliciting construction bid estimates for the replacement and rehabilitation of the stone masonry retaining wall supporting Serpentine Drive in Schenley Park. A soldier pile lagging wall is to replace the collapsed portion of the existing wall. Construction to include salvaging, resetting, and facing elements with natural stone. Stormwater system improvements along roadway are included with this project as well.
