The respondent must propose a self-contained business offering recreational rentals such as bicycles and paddlecraft, programming, equipment maintenance, or other appropriate use of space in support of recreation.The City-s Code of Ordinances prohibits the use of motorized bicycles, including e-bikes, on the trail. The respondent-s business must be in compliance with all relevant laws and ordinances at all times.This proposal affirms the respondent-s full understanding of and agreement to the RFP terms and conditions, including the City-s right to:Block out operational dates,Limit hours of operation, andPermit other vendors for special events.
