This notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.105 Synopsis and Posting Requirements requiring the notification of proposed contract actions. This announcement is not a solicitation or request for quotes or proposals and no contract or purchase order will be awarded from this notice. The Massachusetts Army National Guard intends to post a solicitation, in the form of a Request for Quote (RFQ) under FAR Part 13 for promotional items for the Recruiting & Retention Battalion.
