RECRUITMENT AND PAYROLLING SERVICES IN ELY NEVADATHIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. The Bureau of Land Management, National Seed Warehouse System, intends to issue a solicitation for Recruitment and Payrolling Services in Ely Nevada under SOLICITATION NUMBER 140L3725R0012. This requirement will be for a 5-Year (base year and 4 option years) contract for Recruitment and Payrolling Services for a contract seed mixing crew to work at the Ely Seed Warehouse in Ely Nevada.This procurement is set aside for small businesses. The NAICS code is 115310 Support Activities for Forestry size standard is $11.5M. TYPE OF CONTRACTS: The government expects to make award on or before September 15, 2025. The Government will award a single contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. The evaluation criteria will be conducted under a Trade-off process.The solicitation documents including specifications and bid sheet will be issued on or about August 18, 2025 and will be posted on the SAM.gov website under the Solicitation number in the contract opportunities section. This date is subject to change.
