Description:
The purpose of this RFP is to select a firm that will be a partner with the City Marketing and Communications team and Burns and McDonnell in developing marketing media products and assist in the implementation effort for the recycling outreach marketing and promotion program, including placements for the advertising campaign. The firm selected will assist the City and Burns McDonnell in expending the budgeted amount allotted for the marketing campaign as listed below.The City of Joplin is requesting written proposals to develop, plan and distribute the marketing and promotion materials for the approved project described above. It is anticipated that the timeline for these services will be approximately twenty (20) months; this includes planning, design, development, and implementation of media materials and ad campaign. The City will be responsible for reporting to the granting entity regarding expenses incurred for purchasing content and materials developed for the campaign, as well as ad placement expenses, therefore, the firm must be able to provide thorough documentation of all such expenses to the City in the format to be requested by the City.
