UPDATE 01/17/2025 - Amendment 02 has been posted. The purpose of this amendment is to rearrange Option Periods CLINs, Include FAR clause 52.217-8 in the solicitation and CLINs for Option Period V, provide Government responses to Offerors' questions, and incorporate the updated Instruction to Offerors (ITOs). As a result of this amendment, the quote submission date has been extended to 22 January 2025 at 10 AM/EST. Please see attached Amendment 02 for further details.
** NOTE: The Offeror shall complete the Schedules of Supplies and Services (CLINS) of the Amendment HHM40225Q0015/02 (SF 30) by inserting price elements (unit price and extended amount) for all FFP CLINs for base and option periods IAW the updated ITO in Amendment 02. **

A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract is contemplated resulting from this solicitation.
The requirement is a 100% small business set-aside, with a NAICS code of 562111, Solid Waste Collection with a size standard of $47M.
