Description : The Pennsylvania Department of Corrections is seeking to address the transportation needs of Reentrants on Parole within the Bureau of Community Corrections by facilitating access to viable means of transportation. Reentrants within Community Corrections and residing within a Community Corrections Center often struggle to obtain transportation; either via direct purchase of a vehicle, the purchase of a vehicle via a low interest loan (financing) or localized public transport (Bus/Rideshare). This RFI seeks to determine industry standards in relation to obtaining vehicles/transportation for reentrants via direct or indirect financing. localized public transport (Bus/Rideshare).This is a Request for Information (RFI).
