- Bid Synopsis: The State of Wisconsin, Department of Transportation (WisDOT or DOT), through their Purchasing Unit (Purchasing), intends to use the results of this procurement to establish a contract for Reflective Glass Spheres/Beads for use as reflectivity in pavement marking paint on roadway applications, from the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder(s). The resulting contract will be governed by the attached Terms and Conditions listed in the Sample Contract and all mandatory requirements included as a part of this procurement, unless specifically modified in this Request for Bid document.
