Synopsis for N42158-25-Q-E064 Refrasil Cloth
Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Single Award Contract as necessary to provide Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) in Portsmouth, VA with 230 units (yards) of Refrasil Cloth. The contractor shall provide the items as required by the specifications. The specifications are attached and labelled “Continuation Sheet for N4215825QE064”.
This requirement will most likely be solicited as 100% Small Business Set Aside. Exact Specifications must be followed for these items. This is a Sole-Source Brand Name Item Only.
