The Defense Commissary Agency requires a qualified service provider that specializes in commercial and industrial refrigeration systems to perform maintenance, repair, or system replacement for an initial 6 months (but up to 12 months) for the commissaries in Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands. DeCA is concerned with potential industrial providers with experience in Heating Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) but lacking technical experience in refrigeration (HVAC-R). To ensure optimal performance and prevent costly downtime and product loss, the preponderance of company work (Over 51 % of annual receipts) must be in support to commercial or industrial refrigeration systems. - Documents:
