This is a competitive acquisition for Integrated Solid Waste Management on a nonpersonal services basis at Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi. Performance shall be in accordance with the requirements contained in the Performance Work Statement. The period of performance is 1 October 2025 to 30 September 2026, plus four one-year options, not to exceed 66 months.
The acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 562111 (Solid Waste Collection) and the size standard is $45.0M. The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract as a result of the solicitation using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the authority of FAR 13.5.
The relevant solicitation documents, including the Performance Work Statement (PWS) are posted. The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract. It is up to the interested party to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents, as well as acknowledge all amendments issued in their proposal.
All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of contract with any DoD agency. Registration may be accomplished at https://www.sam.gov/.
This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation cost. The Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation either before or after the solicitation closing date.
