This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for information and planning purposes and shall not be misconstrued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) nor does it constitute a commitment to the Government. The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey is seeking potential sources for a Refuse Collection and Recycling Services for the 99th Readiness Division in Owing Mills, MD (MD019). Additional details of this project can be found in the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and respective facility map.
Responses should address the following items:
