PR15280223 Regular Landscaping Services at Two USG Owned Residences in Budapest, Hungary
The U.S. Embassy in Budapest, Hungary requires regular landscaping services at two of its residential properties located in Budapest, Hungary. The performance period is 1 year, with 2 optional years, and is expected to commence not later than June 1, 2025.
All firms that respond to this solicitation must be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform such a service. At a minimum, each offeror must meet the following requirements to submit a proposal:
have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing in Hungary, be able to understand written and spoken English, have the necessary personnel, equipment, and financial resources available to perform the work, including trained and qualified employees for gardening/landscaping (vocational high school diploma, adult education certification, or similar), have a minimum of 3 years of experience in landscaping and lawn care maintenance, have all licenses and permits required by local, Hungarian law, have liability insurance, have no adverse criminal record, have no political or business affiliation which could be considered contrary to the interest of the United States of America.
