(ALPC) filed an application to allow Michael J. Demandel to acquire about thirty-three percent ownership interest in ALPC. ALPC holds Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity No. 5 for the provision of electric service in Aniak, Alaska. The acquisition will not result in a change of management, personnel, or utility equipment. Docket No. U-25-024 was opened to address this matter.No motion for waiver or petition for confidential treatment were filed with ALPC-s application. The Commission has not assessed the completeness of the application.
