Tender are invited for Notice of Application to Acquire a Controlling InterestThe REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that on September 24, 2025, Northern Arc Power, LLC (Northern Arc) and TDX Holdings, LLC (TDX Holdings) filed an application to transfer controlling interest of TDX Holdings- subsidiaries: TDX North Slope Generating, LLC, Sand Point Generating, LLC, TDX Manley Generating, LLC, and Aleutian Wind Energy, LLC from TDX Holdings to Northern Arc. The applicants filed a motion for expedited consideration seeking approval of the application to transfer controlling interest by December 31, 2025. Docket No. U-25-037 was opened to address this matter.In conjunction with the application, Northern Arc filed a petition for confidential treatment for the terms and conditions for banking services proposed by Northrim Bank.
