Tender are invited for Notice of Application to Acquire a Controlling InterestThe REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that on September 24, 2025, Tanadgusix Corporation, TDX Holdings, LLC (TDX Holdings), and TDX Power, LLC (TDX Power) filed an application for TDX Holdings to acquire a controlling interest in TDX Adak Generating, LLC (TAG), and for TDX Power to acquire a controlling interest in Sand Point Generating, LLC (SPG). Docket U-25-038 was opened to address this matter.TAG holds Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (Certificate) No. 684, authorizing provision of electric service on Adak Island, Alaska. SPG holds Certificate No. 230, authorizing provision of electric service in Sand Point, Alaska.
