Tender are invited for Notice of Application to Amend Utility CertificateThe REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that on January 17, 2025, Unified Alaskan Utilities (UAU) filed an application to amend Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (Certificate) No. 730. UAU proposes to expand its service area in Chugiak, Alaska to include Meadow Ridge Estates Subdivision and the Meadow Ridge Estates North Addition Subdivision. Docket No. U-25-002 was opened to address this matter.No motions for waiver or petitions for confidentiality were filed with UAU-s application. The Commission has not assessed the completeness of the application. The Commission may determine whether the application is complete by February 10, 2025.
