Tender are invited for Notice of Pipeline Application and RequestThe REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that on April 1, 2025, Hilcorp North Slope LLC (Hilcorp North Slope) and Alyeska Pipeline Service Company (Alyeska) (collectively, Applicants), acting on behalf of, and as agent for, Harvest Alaska, LLC, ExxonMobil Pipeline Company, and ConocoPhillips Transportation Alaska, Inc., owners of the Trans-Alaska Pipeline System (TAPS), jointly filed an application for a permit to connect Hilcorp North Slope-s existing natural gas liquids (NGLs) field gathering pipeline from the Prudhoe Bay Unit (PBU) to TAPS Pump Station 1 (PS1), and for a permit to construct and operate the proposed interconnect facilities. The Applicants also filed a request seeking approval of a connection agreement between Hilcorp North Slope and Alyeska related to the design, installation, construction and operation of the interconnect facilities.
