Tender are invited for Notice of Pipeline Carrier Tariff FilingThe REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Harvest Alaska, LLC (Harvest Alaska), a Trans-Alaska Pipeline System (TAPS) Carrier, filed TL167-311 requesting the Commission to adopt by reference its Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) Quality Bank Tariff No. 42.2.0 into its existing state tariff. The revisions incorporated into FERC Quality Bank Tariff No. 42.2.0 include housekeeping changes and an updated Section 100, removing the seven-day requirement for shippers to deliver the required line fill volumes, and clarifying the method for shippers to withdraw line fill when they cease shipping.This notice does not contain all requested revisions, and the Commission may approve a rate or classification that varies from those proposed.
