Tender are invited for Notice of Utility Tariff FilingThe REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Alaska Electric Light & Power Company (AEL&P) filed TA545-1, a revenue requirement study, cost of service study, and lead-lag study based on a 2025 test year. AEL&P requests approval of a permanent rate increase based on the outcome of the cost of service study. If the Commission suspends the tariff revision for further investigation, AEL&P requests a 12.5 percent increase effective June 26, 2026, on an interim and refundable basis pending approval of permanent rates.
