The MOA lists the conditions and terms for both indirect and direct fire protection services related to the maintenance of AWWU-s water system and public fire hydrants such as inspections, checks, repairs, and notification requirements. There are no proposed changes to the services being provided or to the rates for any customer.This notice does not contain all requested revisions, and the Commission may approve a rate or classification that varies from that proposed.
