(Chugach) filed TA563-8 and TA442-121, requesting Commission approval of its Second Amended and Restated Operations Agreement for Power Pooling and Joint Dispatch (Second Amended Agreement) with Matanuska Electric Association, Inc. The Second Amended Agreement replaces the first amended agreement and incorporates additional operating provisions effectuating the formation of a single load balancing area for the tight power pool. Other typographical revisions are also proposed.This notice does not contain all requested revisions and the Commission may approve a rate or classification which varies from that proposed.
