Level 3 holds Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity No. 672. Docket U-25-029 was opened to address this matter.As it is a competitive local exchange carrier, Level 3 is not economically regulated, excepting that under AS 42.05.381(m), its rates must be uniform throughout its service area.
