(GVEA) filed TA394-13, proposing to retire its Sustainable Natural Alternative Power (SNAP) program and discontinue the SNAP fund, and to convert its SNAP Plus program into a net metering program. GVEA also proposes to implement a net metering application fee of $65.00, to update the definition of “premises” throughout its tariff, and other general housekeeping revisions. This notice does not contain all requested revisions, and the Commission may approve a rate or classification that varies from those proposed.
