- Event Description ***THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Fax responses and non-electronic responses will NOT be accepted. All responses must be submitted on-line through the SWIFT Supplier Portal before the Event Due Date and Time. Late responses will not be accepted. PURPOSE: The purpose for this Solicitation (RFP) is to REBID (original solicitation ID G0210-2000015999) and receive responses and award multiple contracts with Contractors to provide cleaning compounds and detergents for dishwashers and laundry machines, and to provide in-service training and consulting of product use on an as-needed basis. This RFP does not include the following products: kitchen countertops, sink, and appliance cleaners; kitchen oven and grill cleaners; kitchen garbage storage area sanitizers; or hand soap. The contract(s) have mandatory environmental and human health criteria. Please closely review the product requirements in the Sample Contract and Exhibits document, Exhibit C: Specifications, Duties, and Scope of Work. The contract(s) have mandatory insurance requirements. Please also closely review and the insurance requirements in the Sample Contract and Exhibits document, Exhibit B: Insurance Requirements. SUBMITTING QUESTIONS. The deadline for submitting questions is April 10, 2025, at 2:00 PM, CT. Questions must be submitted in writing to Staci Stoerzinger at staci.stoerzinger@state.mn.us. All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via an addendum. SWIFT HELP DESK.
