Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, NJ anticipates the award of a Firm Fixed-Price delivery order as a limited source for the procurement of a continued lease of a relocatable office building from Pacific Mobile Structures, Inc. (CAGE 0TYD9) in support of the NAWCAD Lakehurst, on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ 08733. If the Government were to obtain a lease from another source, a substantial duplication of costs would be incurred for furniture removal costs, tear down preparations, tear down, Pacific Mobile Structures relocatable removal costs, new facility costs, and wiring/furnishing costs. It is anticipated that the duplication of costs will not be recovered through competition.
THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Government is not obligated to, and will not, pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this synopsis. There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, make an award or awards, or be responsible for any money expended by interested parties before award of a contract for the effort described above. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit for, or award, a contract. Responses must be received within fifteen (15) days of publication of this notice via email no later than 14 March 2025 at 06:00 P.M. EDT to Andrew Kolpack at andrew.j.kolpack.civ@us.navy.mil. Content should be limited to ten (10) pages.
