Project Title: Relocate and Renovate Urology, VA Mather, Project # 612A4-22-004Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21 is seeking an interested General Contractor for the Relocate and Renovate Urology Project at VA Mather who can provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, administrative support, and any necessary professional engineering services required to completely prepare a site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures. All work is outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW), drawings, and project specifications. The project renovates approximately 5800 square feet (SF) of the east portion of level 01 of building 650 at the Sacramento VA Medical Center (SVAMC), located at Mather, CA. This work includes a complete gut and remodel of an existing area to prepare for the new urology clinic. The scope includes procedure rooms, exam rooms, and offices. The scope also includes finish updates in the existing public ganged toilets and ceiling updates to the adjacent offices. This work shall include, but not be limited to architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical. The period of performance (PoP) for this requirement is 550 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
