No bids are being requested or accepted from this announcement. THIS IS NOT A SOLICICTATION FOR BIDS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. The type of solicitation to issue will depend upon the responses to this synopsis. No reimbursement will be made by the Government for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis of a follow up information. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of various members of 8(a), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Women Owned Small Business (WOSB), Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned Small Business (EDWOSB), and Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) to compete and perform a Firm Fixed Price contract.The National Park Service, ConOps West, has a requirement to Relocate a Chilled Water Pump at Pearl Harbor National Memorial (PERL) Scope of Work:This project is to replace and relocate the chilled water pump in a new location next to theexisting chiller enclosure. The existing chilled water pump, expansion tank, air separator,chemical pot feeder and other accessories shall be removed. A new concrete pad and CMUenclosure with access gate shall be constructed next to the existing chiller enclosure for thenew pump and accessories. New power for the pump shall be pulled from the nearbyelectrical panel. Trenching for power from Panel āIā to the new pump is required. See attached Construction Specifications and Construction Drawings.Place of performance will be Pearl Harbor National Memorial (PERL).The acquisition is subject to the North American industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 237110, Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction.
